Vliqe Qalki invoice due date calculator
The Vliqe Qalki tool works out the day an invoice becomes due for payment. Enter the invoice date, pick the payment terms, and the due date appears straight away.
The calculator works inside your browser and does not send the dates you enter.
How the due date is calculated
In most cases, the days in a payment term are calendar days counted from the invoice date. So an invoice dated March 1 with Net 30 terms falls due on March 31. The count includes weekends and public holidays, unless your contract sets a different rule.
Common payment terms
- Due on receipt: the invoice is payable straight away, on its issue date.
- Net 7, Net 10, Net 15: the customer has 7, 10 or 15 days from the invoice date to pay.
- Net 30: due 30 days after the date on the invoice, one of the most familiar terms.
- Net 45, Net 60, Net 90: extended terms that give the customer 45, 60 or 90 days.
- EOM (end of month): payment is due on the last day of the month in which the invoice is dated.
- Net 30 EOM: count 30 days from the end of the invoice month to get the due date.
Businesses do not all use EOM terms in the same way; check what your agreement says.
Due dates on a weekend
When a due date falls on a weekend, some businesses use the next working day instead. Tick the weekend option to move a Saturday or Sunday due date to the following Monday.
